Delivery

We ship Australia-wide with Australia Post.

• Standard (approx. 3–9 business days): Free on every order
• Express (approx. 1–3 business days): $10

Tracking is emailed with your order confirmation. We aim to dispatch within 2 business days. We may not be able to deliver to every area; if we can’t, you’ll get a full refund. Shipping delays from Australia Post are outside our control.

Damaged Products

If the actual product (the Probioform liquid), i.e. the inner bag, is damaged and leaking we will send a new replacement box. We do not offer refunds or re-sends when only the outer carton is damaged and the inner bag is still intact.

Pricing Policy & Currency

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax).

We accept card payment using a Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Union Pay, JCB card, and no surcharges apply.

We also offer AfterPay – a service that allows you to split your purchase into 4 fortnightly instalments with no interest. T&C’s apply.
