Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver Probioform across Australia.

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping costs $10 per order.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail with shipping details, and your parcel tracking number. This e-mail will also include a link for you to keep an eye on your Probioform delivery.

What is your refund policy?

If you change your mind about your purchase after you have received your product you are able to return the product within 14 days and receive a full refund of your purchase (excluding shipping cost). The product has to be unused/not opened in order for the return to be valid and you will need to pay for the shipping cost back to our warehouse.

If you receive a defect product please contact our customer service and we will help you get the product returned to us and you can choose to receive a replacement product or a full refund. Use our contact page to get in touch with us.

Note: If your Probioform bag is expanded when your received the product or gets expanded at any time, this is not a defect, this is only air, all you need to do is to turn the bag upside down and press opening button and let the air out - problem solved.
